Josh has over 25 years of consulting and market research experience that helps clients strengthen their brands. As a partner resource, Josh works with Denmark to lead our research.

Josh works closely with our clients to understand their needs and clarify objectives. He then shares qualitative and quantitative methodologies and techniques that can most effectively and efficiently gather the learning necessary to glean meaningful insights against the objectives.

Over the years, Josh has conducted Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee research for leading companies including AIG, Church & Dwight, Coors Brewing Company, Continental Baking, Ameritech, Traffic.com, Beaulieu Group, Procurian (acquired by Accenture) and Channel Intelligence (acquired by Google).

Josh has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Georgia. He has also studied Russian language in Middlebury College’s intensive immersion program.

Off the clock, Josh cherishes time with his family and friends. Josh loves to cook, camp, travel and to stop time with his camera. He could also be taking random road trips as well as parking himself on a porch.
